dc.description.abstractThough studies of creative thinking and the general field of creativity have been extensive and varied, few have explored to any degree the relationship between one's ability to solve problems in a creative manner and the independence of judgment one sometimes calls assertiveness. This thesis is an investigation of that relationship.
