Abstract
A proposal for the development claims file review course was presented to the Regional Claims Director as a result of client service issues arising from the lack of preparedness from the claim handlers. The purpose of this project is to design and deliver a course to claim handlers to help improve their presentation skills during file reviews. It will include a needs assessment of claims handlers as well as a review of complaints from clients, a design and delivery of a pilot course, and an evaluation.
