Abstract

This study will examine the experience of ten microenterprise nonprofit organizations participating in a learning effort utilizing virtual training and technical assistance and peer learning clusters. Through action research utilizing surveys, semi structured interviews, and observation, this study will investigate the participants assessment of the effectiveness of this learning model. An analysis of the results w.11 provide information to improve the program and could inform the development of capacity building services for nonprofit organizations.
