Abstract

National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP): The National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) has provided cost effective, community based services and support to children, youth and families since 1978. The organization offers flexible, creative, outcome-based solutions to meet the unique needs of the communities served and the individual needs of the youth and families involved in the programs. NYAP offers a broad continuum of care, with the flexibility to tailor services to meet the needs of the agencies they partner with and the children, and families they are designed to serve. NYAP offers many of the same services as other organizations but we do it cost effectively and keep it community-based. Since NYAP is recognized for their quality and commitment, the only way to ensure that the company maintains their same value proposition would be to expand their services to Northern California as a newly assigned region. This will ensure the integrity and replication of an established effective and efficient business model.
