Abstract

Today, the basic concepts of strategic management are prevalent throughout every business around the world. Whether it is a large corporation thinking of expanding their operation outside the United States, or a small local restaurant coming up with a pricing strategy to sell their latest blue plate special, these businesses all have to utilize the concepts of strategic management in order to succeed. This case study's main purpose is to break down several basic strategic management concepts that are pertinent within the corporate business ideologies, and utilize them within the constructs of my case study on The Walt Disney Company.
