Abstract
This paper explores how adopting an integral approach to worksite well-being can transform the health of both employees and organizations. Traditional models of worksite wellness and health promotion are examined to reveal their limited perspective on well-being. The adoption of a values-based approach to business and the relation of values to well-being are established as essential components to creating an environment conducive to integral health. Finally, an all-levels approach is employed using Ken Wilber's integral theory (specifically his AQAL model) to vision an environment that enables employees to transcend traditional relationships to work.
