Abstract
This research addresses the relationship between temperament factors, job performance, and job satisfaction in Geographically Dispersed Teams. Specifically, I want to ascertain, whether or not, a GDT member's satisfaction level and perceived performance is impacted by an aspect of his/her personality style, the tendency to be introverted or extraverted. This research is a preliminary contribution to a body of knowledge for future researchers and its impact in a modem, high-tech workplace.
