Abstract
Health and environmental problems in the U.S. have contributed to national concern about illness in today's society. This paper presents one way to address such problems: a solution using Wilber's integral model to create an eco-friendly and holistic restaurant that integrates ecology and holistic health in its daily operation. The main goal of this restaurant project is to provide a full ecosystem as well as holistic health education via a food business in the hopes of serving healthy food, educating the general public about health, and helping solve environmental issues.
