Abstract
The moderate solution that I am proposing to the Asian Art Museum is to become progressive and adopt to social, environmental and economic changes. Social demands and shifts in the economy are the main factors currently affecting the museum. The external changes cannot be controlled, thus the museum must adjust accordingly to the environment in which it operates. As a mission driven organization, Asian Art Museum needs to align its vision with its mission. To become the leading museum of Asian art and culture, Asian Art Museum must first reach out to the Asian communities of the Bay Area and efficiently represent their art and culture. Being open to external changes will help the museum maintain stability and lead a successful organization.
