Abstract
This case study is going to analyze several components . The first component is an analysis of Salvation Mountain Inc, and their inner workings. The next part will deal with a more general overview of how historically individuals have organized to preserve art environments, what has worked and what has not. Specifically dealing with how a small grassroots organization builds partnerships and expands their stature. Then I will analyze SMI's current position with a snapshot SWOT analysis. I then propose three possible strategic solutions and partnership possibilities that SMI could use.
