Abstract
The purpose of this project is to be a guide for the general reader. Hopefully, it will serve as a means of creating awareness for the existing alternative healing modalities that can treat disease, illness, and other ailments. This is especially significant in that oftentimes, medications and other forms of drug therapy can create an imbalance within the mind/body system, contributing to side effects deleterious to the patient. By looking at health issues from a holistic perspective, the mind, body, and spirit connection can be recognized as one whole unit, not just a symptom from the whole.
